The support available through HR Bespoke Solutions is as follows:

• HR audit - of the HR practices in place by reviewing relevant paperwork for legal compliance and interviewing a number of people. An assessment is made on legal compliance and where possible, improvements identified to the operation. This is a confidence-check for the business who will receive a report that highlights any gaps, risks and improvements identified (e.g. cost/productivity improvements) together with the actions needed to address these and the connected costs if support is required. This is a low cost but comprehensive review that is tremendous value based on the business benefits that will result from the data contained within the audit report.
• HR project support - support is also available on specific HR projects including practical, hands-on support. The scope of such projects is wide and includes re-organisations (with or without redundancies), developing mechanisms for managing performance, producing a comprehensive staff handbook containing all HR policies, producing new or updating old contracts of employment etc. Where such support is needed, a proposal would be made to the business on the work involved and its connected cost.
• HR advice & guidance - telephone, email and/or on-site advice, guidance or practical support on any HR or Employment issue that may arise. This can be on a retained basis with monthly payments or on a pay-as-you-go basis as and when the service is used.
