An Introduction to the New Employer Duties

There are a number of mandatory responsibilities on employers to:

• Provide access to a private pension for eligible employees
• Automatically enrol eligible employees by the employers staging date
• Register the scheme with the Pension Regulator
• Make contributions on behalf of eligible employees, which includes an employer contribution too
